Letter of Reference for Gavin Kitchens
I am an expatriate who early in 2016 moved into a 5 bedroom residence in Bintaro. Unfortunately there was only a maid’s ‘wet’ kitchen area in the residence so I decided to install a new modern kitchen as part of a very large lounge area.
I began looking on the internet for kitchen manufacturers / installers in Jakarta and came across Gavin Kitchens and I arranged an appointment for a survey.
Pak Wisnu of Gavin Kitchens came to my home and I outlined for him the design ideas I had in mind. He agreed to create some outline illustrations of the kitchen and I paid a small deposit. Which would be discounted from the final price if I went ahead with the installation.
The illustration came by email and were impressive and met with my expectations and gave an easy view of how the final kitchen might look.
After a couple of small adjustments to the final design and choosing door panels, color scheme, worktop, choice of appliances etc I was sent a final quotation and agreed to move ahead. At this point I paid an advance deposit of 50 percent, which seemed reasonable anda we agreed a timeline for installation.
The installation process was completed after a few weeks and I am extremely happy with the end result. The new kitchen looks fabulous and complements the home layout perfectly.
I found Wisnu and his team to be very professional, friendly, patient and keen to please. I have no hesitation in recommending Gavin Kitchens to anyone considering purchasing a new kitchen for their home.
